Delivery and Returns
All deliveries are made using a courier and a signature will be required on receipt.
If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made.
If delivery is refused requiring redelivery then we shall be entitled to charge the cost of the subsequent delivery.
Carriage Charges
UK Mainland £10.00
Delivery and Packing charges will be confirmed during the checkout stage, after completion of the delivery address.
We strive to despatch all standard orders within 3 working days.
There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 7 working days.
If this problem arises, We will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.
Returns
You may return carriage paid any product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.
All returns must be authorised before despatch by emailing sales@boatybits.com.
We will issue a Returns Authorisation number and address to return the product to.
